We take payments for prepaid credits and we supply data about devices. Both can attract misuse. This document sets out what we will not accept.
You must not use the service:
• to check devices you know or suspect to be stolen, other than to verify status before a lawful purchase;
• to facilitate theft, handling of stolen goods, or fraud of any kind;
• to identify, track or locate a person;
• to bypass an activation lock, management profile or carrier lock on a device you do not own, or to help
anyone else do so — owner-authorised operations under the Terms, clause 2.3a, are permitted;
• to harvest, resell or redistribute our data without written authorisation;
• in breach of sanctions, export controls, or any applicable law.
3.1 Credits must be paid from a source you own. Third-party payments are not accepted.
3.2 We do not accept funds from any source flagged as high risk by our payment providers.
3.3 We may ask for proof of identity and source of funds before releasing credits, and may decline or reverse a top-up where we cannot obtain it.
3.4 We do not exchange currency, do not hold funds as a deposit, and do not send funds to third parties. Credits are a prepayment for our own services only.
We do not provide services to persons or entities subject to EU, UN or US sanctions, nor to users located in comprehensively sanctioned territories. We screen against these lists and will close an account immediately upon a match.
We monitor for patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering: unusual top-up patterns, rapid balance transfers, mismatched geolocation, repeated chargebacks. Where required by Romanian law (Law 129/2019) we report suspicions to the competent authority, and we are not permitted to tell you that a report has been made.
A breach of this document results in immediate suspension, forfeiture of the balance, and, where the law requires, disclosure to the authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement on a valid legal request.
