v3.1 · in force from 2026-06-01 · SICKW.COM
SICKW.COM is operated by IMEI API PRO S.R.L., registered office Str. Saturn, Nr. 24, Strejnicu, Prahova, Romania, Trade Register J29/2697/2022, VAT RO46841982 ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@sickw.com.
Depending on the payment method and the date your account was opened, your contracting entity may be one of the group companies listed on your invoices and in your Framework Agreement. The entity that issued your invoice is the entity you contract with.
2.1 We supply technical information about electronic devices, aggregated from third-party sources: IMEI and serial verification, warranty and coverage status, carrier and lock status, blacklist status and device configuration data.
2.2 The service is informational only. We are an intermediary and data aggregator. We do not own or control the source databases.
2.3 We do not identify device owners, supply location data, or remove a device from any blacklist database. Any offer claiming otherwise is not ours.
2.3a Owner-only services. Some services perform account, management-profile or lock operations on a device — for example temporary MDM bypass, carrier unlock, or removal of a manufacturer account through the manufacturer’s own channel. These are for the legal owner of the device only: a business that bought handsets in volume from a carrier or at auction, or an owner who lost access to their own account. When you order one you confirm you own the device and may be asked for proof (an invoice, an auction record). We refuse or reverse orders where ownership is not shown.
2.4 Results reflect what the source returned at that moment. Sources change their data without notice; a later check may return a different result, and that alone is not an error.
3.1 You must be at least 18. The service is open to businesses and to individuals.
3.1a Consumers. If you are a consumer — a natural person acting outside any trade, business or profession — mandatory Romanian and EU consumer law applies to you and prevails over anything here that conflicts with it. See clause 4.6 (right of withdrawal), 7.3 (liability) and 10 (disputes).
3.2 One person or company, one account. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret.
3.3 Registration data must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend an account where the data is false or where we cannot verify it.
3.4 We log your IP address and approximate location on registration and on significant actions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4.1 The service is prepaid. You buy credits; credits are an advance payment for future checks.
4.2 A credit is consumed when a request is processed, whatever the result — including a negative, partial or "not found" result, and including where the identifier you submitted was wrong. See the Refund Policy for the exceptions.
4.3 Prices are shown per service in the panel and at https://sickw.com/?page=compare. We may change them at any time; a change never affects credits already bought.
4.4 Credits do not expire while the account is active. Credits may be forfeited if we close the account for cause under clause 8.
4.5 Credits have no cash value outside the platform, cannot be transferred to a third party except through the balance-transfer feature where available, and are not a payment instrument or e-money.
4.6 Right of withdrawal (consumers). If you are a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of buying credits, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@sickw.com. We refund within 14 days to the same payment method. The refund covers credits you have not used, and also credits you have already used, unless at the time of purchase you expressly asked for immediate performance and confirmed that this ends your withdrawal right for the services actually supplied.
5.1 API access is subject to the rate limits shown in the panel. Exceeding them may result in throttling or suspension.
5.2 Do not resell API access or bulk-redistribute our data without our written agreement.
5.3 Keep your API key secret. Requests made with your key are your responsibility and are billed to your balance, including requests made by someone who obtained your key.
5.4 We may change API endpoints and response formats. Breaking changes will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.
You must not use the service to facilitate theft, fraud or handling of stolen goods; to check devices you have no lawful reason to check; to scrape, resell or redistribute data without authorisation; to reverse engineer the platform or API; to interfere with its security or availability; or in breach of any applicable law or third-party right. See also AML & Acceptable Use.
7.1 The service is supplied "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Sources go down; when they do, the affected service is unavailable.
7.2 Use our results as one of several checks, not as the sole basis of a purchase or other commercial decision. We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of a result alone.
7.3 Subject to clause 7.5, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you are a consumer, this limit does not apply where it would take away a remedy that consumer law gives you.
7.4 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of business.
7.5 Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, for intentional misconduct (dol) or gross negligence (culpă gravă) — such a limitation is void under Article 1355 of the Romanian Civil Code — nor any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8.1 You may close your account at any time by asking us.
8.2 We may suspend or close an account immediately for: breach of these terms, fraudulent payment, chargeback of a legitimate charge, false identity data, abuse of the API, or where we reasonably suspect the account is compromised.
8.3 On closure for cause, unused credits may be forfeited. On closure at your request, we refund unused credits only where the Refund Policy allows it.
We may change these terms. Material changes are notified by e-mail or by notice in the panel. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version. Each version is kept with its date so you can see what applied when.
10.1 Romanian law applies. If you are a business, disputes go to the competent courts of Ploiesti, Romania.
10.2 If you are a consumer, Romanian law applies without depriving you of the mandatory protection of the law of the country where you habitually live (Article 6, Regulation (EC) 593/2008). You may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country, and we may only sue you there (Articles 17–19, Regulation (EU) 1215/2012).
10.3 Consumers may also complain to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please write to contact@sickw.com first — most issues are settled that way.
